Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM Software

There are many ERP companies in the market and one of the leading among them is ERP by Microsoft. Here, in this article, we will discuss in brief about Microsoft ERP products:

Great Plains – Microsoft Dynamics GP,

Navision – Microsoft Dynamics NAV,

Axapta – Microsoft Dynamics AX,

Solomon – Microsoft Dynamics SL,

Microsoft CRM – Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP was initially architectured by Great Plains Software in earlier and middle 90’s. Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains versions 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, 7.5 are available for Pervasive and Ctree, and version 8.0 Microsoft Great Plains is available on MS SQL Server/MSDE platform only. Microsoft Great Plains 9.0 is offered in USA, UK, Latin America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, South East Asia and other countries where official language is English. Microsoft Navision/Microsoft Dynamics NAV comes to its own shell – C/SIDE, database proprietary platform: C/SIDE, etc. Navision is flexible and grows with your business. It supports to small, mid and upper-mid segment.

Navision has good market in Europe, UK, and USA. Now they are expending in Gulf and South East Asia. Microsoft Axapta/Microsoft Dynamics AX is the rising star for Microsoft and it competes with mid-upper and upper segment. Axapta has modern design and its ability to expand. Integration with MS Office, Web Fronts/Business Portal/eConnect/eCommerce is the great feature in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Microsoft Solomon/Microsoft Dynamics SL is made for project-driven organizations. Microsoft Dynamics SL has good features to handle all project related activities. If organization does not have project management software then project tracking is quite complicated task for them. Many ERP are failed to provide project management facility along with other functional modules. Microsoft CRM 3.0/Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 solutions from

Microsoft is a great innovation. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP 7.5, 8.0 and 9.0(with service patch). Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, XML Web Services driven MS CRM SDK with C# and VB.Net sample code are part of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM. SAP Business One, Oracle E-Business Suite/Oracle Financials ERP products are competitor of Microsoft ERP applications in SME segment.

corporate ERP evolution of the interface: Microsoft Dynamics GP scenario

As a business owner, who is in the process of its future enterprise ERP, accounting and MRP system selection, and you can guess why all (or most) of the system from different vendors are different and require special training. Perhaps it is natural to expect that an accountant, a specialist in the AP or AR that has experience with an ERP system in the past should be able to turn in a few days and start working with other accounting firms small or medium size . Or better yet – what if we suggest accounting faculties in schools to teach application “generic” that can be applicable in the real world ERP system Microsoft Dynamics (GP, AX, NAV, SL) SAP Business One , QuickBooks, MYOB, Peach Tree, etc.? This small publication is to analyze current trends in the ERP business development, especially in the range of products such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, with some notes on AX Axapta and SAP Business One

.

intuitive course, if you see the computer (with Windows 7, Vista, Linux or Mac OS) -. You need accommodation and learning curve (learning to use the computer mouse or open multiple windows. Generic computer application) However, the chances are very high that you are an experienced user of computer (playing computer games, talked with his teammates, watched videos on Youtube, the smile), and what did you use these popular applications like Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Business Solutions seems in line with Microsoft Dynamics ERP Product Corporate emphasizes the user experience of MS Outlook – if you know how to navigate the MS Outlook interface – should be ready for self discovery in Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX, CRM and other CIS announced last around 2003 called “Green Project”, where the former Great Plains Software products entrepreneurial traditional ERP. Great Plains Dynamics, Solomon, and new additions to the products of Microsoft Great Plains (which comes with the acquisition of Navision Software): Navision and Axapta are supposed to be a kind of disassembled into blocks: resources GL, AR, AP, payroll, human, manufacturing, logistics and ready to be prepared for integration into the ERP application functionality the company needed (and probably to fit). Green ideas have been proposed and are still very innovative range of products and Microsoft Dynamics is a simple step towards the unification of interface

2. Metrics and messaging, custom front page. If you are a CFO of your organization, you can try connecting Dynamics GP as an employee of AP and surprising that you see on the cover, the secretary of AP is very different from what we expected to see. The difference is in metric (usually built graphical reports on your home page), the new Outlook messages, custom shortcuts on the left bar. It is certainly advisable to have on your page interactive configuration of the companies before ERP implementation (which intuitively can click on the bar and get verification of the original transaction). One might expect a degree of skepticism about the need to disseminate e-mail to your user page (ERP can easily check for new mail address in Microsoft Outlook anyway)

3. Integrated ERP reports. Historically Great Plains Report Writer module was (which was and is Microsoft Dexterity application set), FRx Financial Reporting, design of open platform Crystal Reports SQL. With versions of Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0, 10.0 and 11.0 above shows the dominance of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), where the tendency is to gradually reduce FRx and provide a migration tool FRx reporting tool for Microsoft’s future Dynamics (likely to be something built on SSRS). Incidentally – Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services are already close to perfection in the version of Microsoft CRM 4.0, we recommend that you deploy a Report Wizard (and you can still edit reports in Microsoft Visual Studio if more complex logic is required)

4. Microsoft Dynamics Business Portal Sharepoint. Here we see the tendency to expose Microsoft Dynamics (GP, AX and to some extent the dynamics of other ERP products) to the original web interface. Very natural to see waiting staff HR Self Service and Payroll (W2, research paychecks), Purchasing Management (with the approval hierarchy and cycles), order management (B2B e-commerce with Catalog Management), shipping electronic documents (with advanced settings of your e-mail sales invoices and other documents to provide e-mail)

5. All or almost all “should be exportable to Excel. Every computer user is supposed to have experience of MS Excel or another brand of spread sheet application. Dynamics GP in an intuitive way to export your documents to Excel (or Microsoft Word ) through Smart List (also known as Explorer versions earlier versions of Great Plains Dynamics and eEnterprise)

6. OK, enough good user interface GP, but what about Great customizations Plains, an integration? Well, former Great Plains Dynamics was exposed to changes through GP Dexterity (environment semi proprietary software development and programming or scripting language Sanscript), Modifier with VBA (scripts, same engine) No But with the latest versions of Dynamics GP: .. 11.0, 10.0 (and with some restrictions for version 9.0) of Microsoft Dynamics GP objects exposed by the new tool, named eConnect eConnect opens with Microsoft Visual Studio support libraries. Developer Network (can theoretically program in any programming language. line network, code samples, but are usually available in C # and Visual Basic). With the introduction of eConnect (especially when it came to maturity Dynamics GP 10.0 eConnect version in our opinion), GP is now open for ERP business platform for custom integration with electronic commerce in real time and near real EDI integrations

7 What happens in the street Well, if you are in Oracle eBusiness Suite world, please read the merger of Oracle and its progress If you explore the possibilities of SAP Business One -. Please see SB1 super intuitive interface, Drag and Relate (possibly imitation OLAP), the SB1 fusion versions A and B with the introduction of SAP Business One version 8.8 (now you can implement most of its subsidiaries’ International on the same server at the headquarters of the U.S.: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, French , Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian, etc)

8. corporate ERP and electronic commerce. If you are still a small company, e-commerce Web site is an automatic type of need. We have already published several articles on the integration of ecommerce Dynamics GP and SAP Business One to the Great Plains, it is recommended that the first Integration Manager, eConnect should be the second option (where you can make a real-time e-commerce integration) .1-866-528- 0577 or write to: help@albaspectrum.com

Corporate ERP for mid-sized organization: Microsoft Dynamics GP Notes

Corporate ERP belongs to Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains Dynamics), AX (Axapta old), NAV (Navision), CRM, RMS, SL (Solomon). Each application also has modules and special recommendations for the industries and niches. In this brochure we would like to share our experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP Great Plains and the nuances of the implementation of the types of businesses. We do not claim to be the best experts in all industries, and it is possible that the event is not listed here, or wait until it carries out different for your business. Again, Dynamics GP, as we see it is a powerful and flexible platform for ERP companies, ready to customize moderate or strong, modification, integration, custom reports and open to the migration of moderate or very complex data, and conversion

5 . Data conversion and migration. As you can imagine in our experience, data from Dynamics GP conversions are often end up as blockers for implementations of GP. When you go to New Corporate ERP implementation should be moderate in your expectations and try to avoid errors. Great Plains is no exception, should be fine with just the master records migration and early transfer of GL account balances. However, over and over again in our opinion, Great Plains Integration Manager allows you to experiment with GL years, migration of current data and even tried to take several years of modules (SOP, POP, Payroll, AR, AP, etc) much notice. Data Conversion and massage in our opinion, are very sensitive to the allocation of integration (how specific is export accounts traditional ERP, such as QuickBooks, Peach Tree, MYOB and mapping one-to-one for new accounts Dynamics Great Plains ERP)

9. If you are a student of the University and study accounting, ERP and MRPII courses. Please ask your IT department of the University, colleges of education often have MSDN subscription and you can get people to download CD for Dynamics GP

business expense reports with Microsoft Excel
Keep track of your business

income should be mandatory, not optional. Your employee should understand the importance of this achievement and how it may affect the accuracy of its report that revenues are not present. Lost receipts can be retrieved by contacting the seller for a copy. The employee must realize that it is their responsibility, especially if they expect a refund for such expenses.

The standard business expense report must have different areas to reflect their payroll. There should be an area of general ledger accounts, numbers, names of account ledger, date and place of expenses and mileage if necessary calculations. This information will help your team of accounting when reconciling accounts!

Finally, business expense reports must be submitted to a series of schedule. Should be encouraged to submit their weekly or monthly. This should be mandatory, not optional. The aim is to reconcile the costs in a timely manner so that companies can see where their money is spent and if used responsibly. To encourage employees on board with this, try based incentives in the first months to get used to the new schedule.

Excel templates are a great tool to use under normal business expenses report. Most companies already have Office or a similar product loaded on their computers for business use of models can help in this process of normalization. Here is an example of an Excel report business expenses. This report contains a charge sheet that lets you capture up to 30 general ledger account names and numbers. It also contains a weekly expense report business area that allows you to select the general ledger account and corresponding rate information prior to printing.

Navision ERP – Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Software Review

In 2000, merged with Navision Software Navision Damgaard Damgaard to form A / S, was then called Navision A / S, was taken to the company by Microsoft and released as brand ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV in 2005 . Out of Dynamics NAV, Microsoft has three other ERP GP, SL and AX and CRM. Microsoft has undertaken an ambitious project to unify the four ERP solutions to provide a compact solution that was canceled recently because of disappointing results, today Microsoft is to support and strengthen the four solutions.

ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV is more appropriate for the distributive trade and wholesale that requires industry-specific solutions to work efficiently. For the utility industry, it comes with the latest features such as item tracking and automated data entry. It is also suitable for companies with facilities to handle cross transactions in multiple currencies, multi-language capabilities and financial management for the consolidation of data from the various divisions and subsidiaries.

Business Analytics Navision ERP supports services online analytical processing with an interactive graphical representation of key performance indicators, trends and market models. Software Navision ERP management system provides service for the design of forms, customize menus and access other features based on roles and responsibilities, but also allows the administrator to specify access rights for affiliates and employees for the proper functioning and safety data. Even access to the Internet can be controlled by the administrator.

uses SQL Server as the database, but also can work with a database server that is known as classic, but SQL is better at handling large data and comes with art facilities for writing procedures. Navision ERP comes with a set of solutions to strengthen their capacities and applications can be written in Pascal like language, which makes the Navision ERP software easily customizable. No need for separate procedures for processing the database, the application itself can control the interface and database customization reduces time compared to other ERP solutions.

In addition to the distribution and wholesale of Microsoft ERP products family has functions of financial management, human capital, supply chain management analysis of the supply chain procurement management, customer relations, e-commerce, manufacturing and flexible reporting and analysis tools. These characteristics make it a complete ERP solution and a favorable environment for mid-sized companies. Navision ERP license comes with cheaper offers from other ERP software with similar features and facilities. Its scalability has been appreciated by its users and may also develop along the growing needs of the organization, the improvements are well supported by Microsoft.

Like other Microsoft Navision ERP is too tightly integrated with other Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office and Excel makes it easy to use. Navision ERP and easily integrates with non-Microsoft and other popular programs that are commonly used by business-specific solutions. Microsoft offers solutions for many vertical industries through its other products, easy and seamless connectivity and Navision ERP products now and in the future ERP can also be more useful than others.

ERP software – SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Infor

growth in the popularity of ERP software providers have increasingly developed their own organization plans for ERP, leading to software companies go to market to meet demand with industry-specific, and economical solution based on ERP solutions.

SAP was founded in 1972 in Germany and is the largest software provider in the world today, first SAP ERP solutions were robust and were expensive and referral business solutions Fortune 500 only. Today, the latest version of SAP ERP SAP ECC 6.0, which was previously known as SAP R / 3, other products of medium and small businesses, SAP Business One and SAP Business All in One, these are part of the suite SAP, SAP is the design on software as a service model to provide a hosted ERP solution to its customers.

There are many other small providers and large enterprise ERP solutions such as Sage, SYSPRO, Ramco, Intacct, Lawson Software, Baan, etc. play an important role in the development of the ERP market.

Microsoft Great Plains Integration Manager 10.0 technical notes

Microsoft Dynamics GP version 10.0 advanced new technologies as eConnect in what appears to be the general trend within walking distance of unique tools such as Microsoft Dexterity to Microsoft specific platforms such as. Net, COM + and MS SQL Server stored procedures, you know eConnect core contains encrypted stored procedures. Historically Great Plains IM was based on OLE technology, which used the workstation doctor as an OLE server and validating the business logic is done in the GP forms, where OLE mechanism was entering values field. Take a look at traditional and new features available in version 10.0 of MI, in our opinion, is in transition to be completely rewritten in eConnect, but is currently available in two traditional and eConnect connectors:
/>
1. eConnect connector. For consultants GP should be aware that eConnect connector requires specific company, if you remember how OLE connector – which recognizes the company you are calling Integration Manager, and is not necessary to specify the parameters of society in the integration. eConnect requires the company’s objective to specify. eConnect integration performance should be higher compared to traditional connector, such as eConnect does not use OLE technology mimics slow and business logic (or in other words, it replicates the functionality of skill) in SQL stored procedures (running at the server). Typical integrations involving GP Sales Order Processing module (which includes scenarios of e-commerce) and the order processing module (which integrate EDI invoices, for example) and at the time, IM GP 10.0 eConnect connector allows these integrations, which you feel very optimistic />
2. Update here. Typical scenarios are when you upgrade to jump two versions, for example GP IM 7.5 to 10.0. In this scenario, you must do two steps of the upgrade - first GP IM 9.0 and then to 10.0

3. Integration Manager VBA programming. This technology may seem obsolete VBA was popular in late 1990th to automate MS Excel, MS Access Type of access scenarios. However, VBA and always switch modules are available with Microsoft Dynamics GP purchase or upgrade. VBA scripts based on events, then you should consider options for changing the business logic in the integration of instant messaging, pre and post, pre and post document. Format this article is short and we can not give examples of VBA scripts here, but if you have a development budget and want to get technical assistance and advanced programming, we will be happy to help br
4. GP of advanced instant messaging. Translation technology. Each field is available for translation logic. You can load the translation table instant messaging directly in Excel. logic translation element allows you to mark the outside of your ID card to an inmate, or collection agency for example, allows you to translate this seller to customer identification, the collector is reversed one hand, means to collect sales

5. IM in cross platform integration, it should be noted here ODBC standard and advanced integrations. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005 the construction of the linked server can implement any SQL statement or OPENROWSET direct selection. It has now Oracle and Oracle E-Business Suite world, the concept of similar integration is available in Oracle EDI. If you are running Linux Red Hut and PHP and MySQL, please consider ODBC bridge or use of Java technology. If PHP is sitting on the MS Windows platform, you can implement direct call to MS SQL Server 2005 or 2000

6. GP Data Conversion and Integration Manager. Massage legacy data conversion is available and the use of instant messaging is very useful. Microsoft Dynamics GP offers a licensed or instant messaging initial migration, which limits the number of days

7. Tables integrate the most popular in the Great Plains: SOP10100, SOP10200, RM00101, RM00102 />
8. Integration Manager, Great Plains Dexterity connections: DEX_ROW_ID is one of the most popular among the developer community. If no direct provision in INSERT SQL tables outoincremental DEX_ROW_ID GP is therefore no need to fill

9. GP and Microsoft CRM connector. GP is out of IM, so should not be confused. MS CRM Business Connection is about the support of Scribe Software, so please check with these people first. In addition, SAP Business One is very popular among small business ERP and MRP (manufacturing module and extensions) platform, where you can have Microsoft CRM to be integrated. The part of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you can use SQL views and stored procedures to store the exported data in custom database, and SB1 side are using SAP B1 SDK to program SB1 objects including: sales orders or invoices sale

10. XML Web service approach. Because XML is the text of the essence, the platform-independent data (or text files) flows. Web Service to open UNIX client, a doctor usually involve C3 side or VB.Net developer />
11. closing remarks of instant messaging. Great Plains Integration Manager is the end user as a tool for positive development. If you are VBA programmer or Microsoft.Net you should be able to build on the successful integration platform for instant messaging. eConnect is more likely to be the main technology for the processing of instant messaging, if you implement the techniques for integrating instant messaging, you must follow new eConnect

Microsoft Dynamics GP and Great Plains Support, Implementation, Customization in California

Sometimes Corporate ERP application resellers are too pushing in making Software licenses sold and having technical and functional ERP consultants to eat up budget and at the end of the way leaving you in limbo.  Well, you are not the first and probably not the last one – seek second opinion in Corporate ERP implementation.  In this small publication we will review how Microsoft Dynamics GP could be recovered, including its older versions, known as Great Plains Dynamics and eEnterprise and even such archaic application as Great Plains Accounting for DOS, Windows and Mac.  We are available locally as you can judge from the publication header, however we are service also USA, Canada nationwide and internationally via remote support (web, phone, skype conferences):

1. Great Plains Second Opinion.  Through our Great Plains Consulting practice with initial customers served back in 1995, we should assure you that Great Plains, being mid-market ERP, Accounting and MRP application, requires industry expertise (especially in complex cases, where you need industry vertical or horizontal solution to be implemented, such as Warehouse Management System, B2B or B2C eCommerce, Wholesale, Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Consignment, Healthcare, Memberships and Clubs, etc.) with very strong Great Plains technology expertise and multiple yours of exposure to such technologies as Great Plains Dexterity, eConnect, Extender, Integration Manager, VBA/Modifier, Report Writer, Crystal Reports, SQL Queries against Dynamics GP tables.  At the same time, it is not too difficult to launch Dynamics GP Reseller business – you need to pass several GP certifications and you are ready to do your telemarketing and GP Sales presentations

2. Great Plains Dynamics Support.  Here we assume that your implementation went OK and now you are in production with GP, trying to optimize Corporate ERP support budget.  If the implementation itself was done by CPA oriented people, now you may shift your focus to technical support cases: Dynamics GP failed batch recovery, FRx installation on the new computer, applying new Dynamics GP Service Pack, Great Plains version upgrade, adding EDI or WMS, or ecommerce module, placing your company logon on Sales invoice form in Report Writer or having minor or major data repair via SQL update and delete statements

3. New Dynamics GP Implementation or recovering unsuccessful one.  Here typically you are facing such issues as business processes mapping (where either Dynamics GP ISV Add-ons might be required or Dynamics GP Dexterity programming), plus data conversion from your legacy accounting (Quickbooks, Peach Tree, GPA for DOS, MYOB, Accpac, Macola, or even when you are downsizing from Oracle Financials, SAP R/3 or mySAP)

4. Dynamics GP Customizations.  Microsoft Dexterity, while allowing you to have complete control over Dynamics GP business processes and data, requires multiple years of experience from Dexterity programmer to be engaged in the customization project professionally.  We recommend you to check with Microsoft Business Solutions if your proposed Dynamics GP Partner is participant in so-called Source Code program (where their Dexterity programmers have access to Dynamics.dic dictionary with all the Dex Sanscript procedures, functions and triggers available).  If you are deploying Great Plains for many years, chances are high that you have Dexterity customizations, as well as Modifier with VBA custom scripts, Integration Manager with VBA even handlers, Extender modifications, VBA Continuum scripts (where you can switch Dexterity custom dictionary context from Great Plains Dynamics to something like Intellisol Advanced Purchase Order Processing or Project Accounting and then run Dexterity Sanscript code against the switched dictionary)

5. FRx Financial Reporting.  We have to say that FRx Financial Reporting is very popular and has interfaces to multiple Corporate ERP and Accounting applications, such as Dynamics AX, SL.  And probably due to its diversification FRX has some settings, that should be done by professional FRx consultant and report designer (usually Sysdata specification set repair, rebuilding GL indexes, FRX version upgrade and service packs, there are also known issues on FRx catalog to be relaying on local computer personal data folders)

6. Great Plains Report Writer.  Here you typically have such reports as SOP Blank Invoice form (where you place company logo), POP Purchase Order (to be officially mailed to your suppliers for bidding or participating in the tender).  We saw issues in RW version upgrade, especially when you are on really legacy Great Plains Dynamics Version, such as upgrading from 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 7.5 all the way to Dynamics GP 9.0, 10.0, 11.0 (also referred as Dynamics GP 2010)

7. Modifier with VBA.  This technology proved to be the one which passed time test.  If you are not a Dexterity programmer, and you still need to modify Great Plains forms – you can do it intuitively in Modifier, and then attach VBA scripts (where you can interact with GP tables – be sure you known the table you want to address) via archaic pre Microsoft .Net ADO technology

8. Integration Manager.  Here you are usually facing such challenges as Data Massage, Migration or Conversion.  IM could be considered as end user friendly tool, where you can quickly setup integration to pull data from text file (tab, comma or custom character delimited file), or if you need more industrial strength integration, you appeal to IM Advanced ODBC data source, where you can select the data from Text file (with aggregations, and preprocessing, comparing to simple ODBC), ODBC compliant DB platform, examples would be Oracle, MySQL/PHP, Progress, MS Access, Pervasive SQL, Ingress, IBM DBII

9. Great Plains Accounting for DOS, Windows and Mac.  The most popular versions, where GPA customers were frozen since the year 2000 are GPA 9.5, 9.2, 9.1 (90 percent of the cases where GPA customer is using DOS interface, then 7% where GPA for Windows are in use and the rest goes to Macintosh).  We are one of the few Microsoft Business Solutions VARs who are trained in Great Plains Accounting support and data recovery.  From time to time MBS offers lucrative discounts to upgrade (or virtually walk away from GPA platform to Microsoft Dynamics GP current version 2010 as it is effective on August 2010)

10. Microsoft Small Business Financials.  This small business ERP application was introduced as alternative to Great Plains Select on MS SQL Server version 7.0 (and probably even 6.0, but without a great push for sales).  The idea was really great for the time, when Oracle was trying to introduce Oracle Financials in preset package (scaled down small business Corporate ERP), or SAP was in process to purchase and prepare for ERP market competition its SAP Business One.  Later on (around 2008), MBS decided to expire support for Great Plains Small Business Financials and the last version was 9.0, from where you have to migrate to Microsoft Dynamics GP

11. Intellisol Advanced Purchase Order Processing or Project Accounting modules fate.  It sounds like it was long negotiation between Great Plains Software and several Great Plains ISV partners to pick on which Add-on to be incorporated into Great Plains native set of modules.  The winner was Matchdata, the company, based in Manila, Philippines, and Intellisol, Australian based Great Plains ISV lost its ground.   There is migration tool, which should convert your Intellisol Advanced POP to Great Plains Purchase Order Processing transactions and master records
12. Requesting help?  You can call us 1-866-528-0577, 1-630-961-5918 or email us help@albaspectrum.com  We serve you in your local state, plus USA, Canada nationwide and internationally via Web sessions, phone and skype conferences

Featured Oracle to Microsoft CRM Integration Developer

1 Microsoft CRM sales orders frontal If you have your sales staff in regional offices in the United States or abroad, is very good approach, because Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a web application and can be launched from anywhere in the world where you have an Internet connection. In addition, if implemented Microsoft CRM Outlook client can work with a local replica of Microsoft CRM objects and transactions, leads, contacts of cases, the lines of contract, specifications, orders, items, prices, etc Microsoft CRM security architecture is very robust and flexible, it is likely that adapts to large organization, policies and requirements

2 Oracle eBusiness Suite to company accounts, ERP and MRP, also known as Oracle Financials and Oracle Applications to a large company like Oracle EBS is popular ERP Corporate Assuming that your organization gains the small business with Microsoft CRM -. is the natural next step to move their accounts to the new subsidiary of Oracle applications. accounting business processes are straightforward and usually no problem (normal or little effort necessary) to re-implement Oracle Financials. However, until the revolution switch overnight from Microsoft CRM Oracle business processes is probably unrealistic. We recommend you take a step in time and stick to the locker room. Evolution is slowly moving its new branch in Oracle eBusiness Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to maintain for several years for the deployment of custom gateway between Oracle and Microsoft CRM

3. Microsoft CRM technology integration. In large companies usually see strong IT services, and whether or UNIX high-end Linux environment, we also expect to be strong in Oracle PL / SQL. Oracle its programmers are likely to be comfortable to provide an ODBC connection to Microsoft CRM to integrate its purpose with Oracle Financials. You may consider outsourcing programming SDK for Microsoft CRM Microsoft CRM Partner and distributor

p <4. Current version of Microsoft CRM. At the time of this writing in February 2009, the current version is 4.0. Update Microsoft CRM tends to occur more often in comparison with the upgrade version of Oracle DB, but in any case, both of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Oracle's commitment amounted to some programming applications and integration tools
